Regarding the matter previously announced on December 5, 2025, “Completion of Password Encryption Method Update and Future Actions,” we have decided to postpone the date for our company’s password reset implementation from February 22, 2026, to March 22, 2026.

Due to this postponement of the implementation date, we have modified certain details previously announced for December 5, 2025, as follows:
* Only the section stating February 22, 2026, has been changed to March 22, 2026.
We will continue striving to provide safer and more reliable services. We appreciate your continued understanding and support.
Regarding Future Measures
From a security preservation perspective, we will perform password resets for login IDs meeting all of the following conditions, with March 22, 2026 (JST), as the target implementation date.
・Login IDs with no login activity between November 23, 2025, and March 22, 2026 (JST)
・Login IDs with no password change activity between November 23, 2025, and March 22, 2026 (JST)
* Login IDs that have either logged in or changed their password during this period will not be subject to our password reset.
* If your password is reset by us, no email notification with a new password will be sent. To log in with the affected ID, you or your administrator will need to reset the password.
